This
season, when the Wildcats take the field, they will all be
wearing a "DB" sticker honoring the memory of Kansas City area
high school and college football coach, Dave Bassore.
Coach Bassore was killed in an automobile accident in April of
this year. Coach
Bassore
was very well respected within the coaching fraternity locally
and will be missed by everyone who knew him. Even if you
only had the opportunity to meet Coach Bassore once, he was the kind of man you would never forget.
The deepest sympathies and
thoughts
of the coaching staff and program at Blue Springs are with the
Bassore family.
